New Moves

With a lot of help from PT Scott, Moriah will be getting stronger and doing these moves on her own in no time!

(oh my goodness that girl has one big mullet going on...and her Daddy won't let me cut it)

Can't you just smell these beautiful roses through the computer screen? I met my heart friends, Patricia, her mom, and her twin boys, Jason and Grayson, for a quick cup of coffee this morning. We met them while at LPCH as Grayson was born with HLHS. Fortunately, he is doing really well and doesn't need surgery for several years. Yay!
These roses are from Patricia's garden, and seriously, they are the most beautifully-scented roses that I've ever received. I never let Justin buy me flowers (can't bare the thought of spending money on something that will be thrown away in a week) so these were a real treat, especially since I knew these were from her garden. Thank you Patricia!

And I'm praying for this guy tomorrow morning at 9am. He has an interview for a job that seems like it would be ideal for him and our family. Will let you all know what comes of it.

Otherwise, we are doing well.
Lots of love,
Victoria

Moriah looks so cute--she is crawling!! I can only imagine your thoughts when you saw her up on all fours. What a girl so she is. Big Question . . . why won't Justin let you cut her hair? He's a dad and he wants it long? She's adorable mullet or not, but I just know you would do a very cute cut on her. It's hair and it will grow back, mullet and all :)

Prayers for a good interview.

If you have time for a prayer for us, we are waiting on news for a house. We need to move into a much more accessible home and the one we found is perfect for me and mom. Prayers would be appreciated.
I feel so horrible asking you to pray when you have so much, is it ok? I apologize if it's not.

Blessings, Mari

Moriah is soooooooooo cute! And Justin already has the best job in the world -- being Moriah's dad! But understandably, he needs one that pays in $$ instead of those sweet SMILES! Moriah looks FAB! Alexis loves the "big ball", she especially likes it when we do "bouncy bouncy bouncy" on the ball, but maybe that's not a real option with the trach. Otherwise, love seeing Moriah doing all of that PT work! HARD STUFF and she's doing it with a smile!

Hey Victoria, So happy to see all is going well. We are still in Michigan and Josie is making amazing progress. I wanted to tell you about a girl here who has CHARGE and is way more severe than Moriah. She started walking yesterday. Everyone is so excited for her. I was telling them about your story. I am so encouraged for Moriah and you guys. Can't wait to talk. Jenny
